Warranty, Maintenance and Returns Policy
Saenz Leather & Art
At Saenz Leather & Art, we work leather as a living, noble, and durable material. Each piece is handcrafted with high quality standards and careful attention to detail. For this reason, we make the following policy available to our customers:
All products purchased from Saenz Leather & Art are covered by a six (6) month manufacturing warranty, starting from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers:
Manufacturing defects.
Failures in stitching, assembly, or finishes attributable to the production process.
This warranty does not cover:
Natural wear and tear of the leather due to use.
Damage caused by improper use, mishandling, exposure to excessive moisture, extreme heat, chemicals, or lack of proper care.
Alterations, repairs, or interventions carried out by third parties not authorized by Saenz Leather & Art.
To make a warranty claim, the product must be previously evaluated by our workshop.
As part of our commitment to durability and proper leather care, each product purchased from Saenz Leather & Art is entitled to one (1) complimentary maintenance service during the first year from the date of purchase.
This maintenance includes:
Specialized cleaning session.
Basic leather conditioning and restoration.
Important conditions:
Maintenance must be carried out exclusively at the Saenz Leather & Art Workshop.
The customer must bring the product directly to the workshop.
Structural repairs or replacement of parts are not included.
Customers may request a product return within fifteen (15) business days following the date of purchase.
For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:
The product must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use.
Original packaging and tags must be preserved.
Proof of purchase must be provided.
Once the product is received, Saenz Leather & Art will conduct an inspection to verify its condition.
If the return is approved, the refund will be processed according to the original payment method, in accordance with the timelines established by the corresponding financial institution.
Customized products or items made under the customer’s specific requirements are not eligible for returns, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
Saenz Leather & Art reserves the right to reject requests that do not comply with the conditions described herein.
